Services for Addiction Recovery Program

Bay Area Community Resources has joined our caring team in providing our Relapse Prevention/ Recovery Group. The professional and well-established leaders of this group engender positive change through education, motivation, encouragement, and support. The group format provides peer support as well since the participants want to see the others succeed in the process of reclaiming a healthy lifestyle.

The members of the group are expected to commit for 10 weeks in order to affect the necessary change for continued sobriety and well-being; becoming healthy productive members of the community improves the members’ lives and is conducive to improving relationships with families and friends. Alcohol Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous are encouraged as a comprehensive support system. And when clients need additional support for depression or family conflict, they can be referred for counseling here at SMS.

Call Michael Crawford, RAS, or Janet Goodman, SAR, @ 415-339-2851 for additional information and to enroll.
